En marzo del presente año la International Trade Comission ya falló en favor de Microsoft en el juicio que mantenían contra Motorola, subsidiaria de Google, que les había acusado de violar una patente relacionada con el uso de la tecnología Wireless en Xbox 360 y sus mandos.
Y de nuevo este organismo internacional ha vuelto a dar la razón a los de Redmond, reafirmando que Microsoft no ha violado ninguna de las patentes de Motorola.
"Esto es una victoria para los usuarios de Xbox y confirma nuestra postura de que Google no tenía base alguna para bloquear nuestros productos", han asegurado desde el bufete de abogados de Microsoft, en clara alusión a la maniobra jurídica llevada a cabo por Google para bloquear la venta de Xbox 360 en el mercado europeo.
Desde Google, por otro lado, se han mostrado "decepcionados con esta decisión", y aseguran estar "evaluando" sus opciones.
